For pharmacy groups & multiples

Standardise consultation capacity across every site

One platform, one standard, every branch.

Give each site the clinical capacity to deliver Pharmacy First and private services, configured centrally, reported across the group, and governed to one standard. Your Responsible Pharmacist stays on the premises at every site.

The group problem

Capacity that varies site by site is hard to run and harder to report.

Single-handed days, uneven locum cover and inconsistent workflows mean some sites turn patients away while others don’t. A group needs the same standard everywhere, not a different setup per branch.

One standard across every site

Services, clinical pathways, recording policy and billing are set per site from one place, so you get the same standard everywhere without an IT project at each branch.

Central user and access management

Role-based access, mandatory MFA and no shared logins, managed centrally. Single sign-on for enterprise estates.

Group-level reporting and audit

Cross-site reporting on consultation volumes and outcomes, with an append-only, hash-chained audit trail behind every record.

Central clinical governance

A consistent convert-to-face-to-face protocol, pathway suitability matrix and incident process your clinical-governance lead can hold across the group.

Oversight

The reporting and audit a group operator needs.

Every access and state change writes to an append-only, hash-chained audit log, so who saw what, and when, is always answerable across the estate, and consultation activity rolls up to the group.

  • Cross-site consultation and outcome reporting
  • Central access control, MFA and single sign-on
  • One clinical-governance standard across sites

Your Responsible Pharmacist stays on the premises at every site. Remote Pharmacist adds consultation capacity; it never replaces your RP and never supervises dispensing remotely.

Rollout

Prove it on a few sites, then standardise.

  1. 01

    Scope

We map the model to your estate, services and existing consultation rooms.

  2. 02

    Pilot

Prove it on a handful of sites first, with no hardware to buy and no long lock-in.

  3. 03

    Standardise

Roll the same configuration out, site by site, with group reporting from day one.

How multi-site delivery is agreed. The exact deployment model is agreed service by service, and depends on current NHS service specifications and governance approval. For NHS Pharmacy First, the pharmacist delivering a remote consultation must be at a registered pharmacy premises; whether a shared hub can serve several sites is something we are confirming with Community Pharmacy England and NHS England, not a settled position.
