Your privacy

Cookie notice

Your choice, with a working website either way.

Updated

This notice covers the public Remote Pharmacist marketing website. The clinical app is separate and is not included in this analytics installation.

Your choice

Optional Google Analytics is switched off until you choose “Accept analytics”. Rejecting analytics does not affect your use of the website. We use basic consent mode: the Google analytics script is not loaded before you opt in, and no analytics requests are sent by our integration while you remain opted out.

Remembering your preference

We store your choice in this browser’s local storage using rp-analytics-consent-v1 for up to 180 days. It is used only to remember your privacy choice. If storage is unavailable, your choice applies to the current page. You can reopen the settings from the footer at any time.

Optional analytics cookies

If you accept, Google Analytics 4 sets first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_Y28QSCMZ2B to distinguish visits and sessions. Our tag sets a maximum cookie lifetime of 180 days without extending that expiry on each visit. Withdrawing consent removes the analytics cookies available to this website and reloads the page with analytics disabled.

What we measure

We measure public page views, time spent reading a guide and a small set of actions: starting or preparing an enquiry, opening the email handoff, and clicking telephone or email links. An email handoff does not tell us whether an enquiry was actually sent or received.

Our integration does not send form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, site-search text, URL query strings or fragments. Referrers are reduced to their website origin. Google processes technical information needed to deliver analytics, such as browser and device information and the connection’s IP address; Google states GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. Analytics identifiers are not the same as anonymous data.

No advertising features

Our website tag keeps advertising storage, advertising user data and personalised advertising consent denied. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled for this installation. We do not use analytics on the patient or pharmacist app.

Processing and retention

Google provides the analytics service and may process data outside the UK. See Google’s privacy policy and Google Analytics data privacy information. The property uses two-month retention for user and event data; standard aggregated reports follow Google’s separate retention rules.
