Privacy notice

This notice covers remotepharmacist.co.uk, our marketing website. It does not cover clinical services or any patient data, which are handled separately under their own agreements and are never collected through this site.

Who we are

Remote Pharmacist is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@remotepharmacist.co.uk.

What we collect

The enquiry form prepares an email in your browser. The details reach us when you send the message from your email app: your name, work email, role, number of sites, requested information and any optional phone number or notes. Do not include patient or other sensitive information in an enquiry.

Why, and our lawful basis

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and arrange a walkthrough. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example email and hosting), under appropriate agreements, and we keep enquiry data in the UK or the UK/EU where possible. We keep it only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Optional website analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which public pages are useful and how visitors use our enquiry links. We measure page views and a limited set of actions, without sending form contents, URL query strings, fragments or website search terms. An email handoff is measured separately from a completed enquiry.

Google processes technical information and analytics identifiers to provide these reports. Analytics data is not necessarily anonymous. We use consent as the lawful basis for this optional processing. Google may process data outside the UK under its applicable data protection terms; see Google’s privacy policy. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalisation for this installation. User and event data is retained for two months; standard aggregated reports are governed by Google’s separate retention rules.

You can withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings. Withdrawal stops future collection on this browser; it does not undo processing that took place before withdrawal. Your rights
