Urgent medicine supply pays a different fee. Monthly payments and all delivery costs are excluded. The optional cover cost assumes 52 weeks; it is shown separately and is not added as a saving. Why don’t you publish a rate card?
Pricing depends on your sites, service mix, expected consultation activity and support requirements. The walkthrough helps define the scope so you can assess a proposal against your own costs and volumes.
Is there a minimum term or lock-in?
Agree any minimum term, notice period and setup charges in the written proposal before proceeding. Assess those terms alongside the service scope and your plans for each site.
What does the price include?
Terminal software, remote pharmacist access, notes and audit, per-site configuration and support. Enterprise contracts add rollout planning, integrations and dedicated clinical-governance support.
Do we need to buy hardware first?
Discuss the supported terminal setup, installation, ownership and any equipment costs as part of your proposal before ordering hardware.
